Ingredients
500 g full-fat cottage cheese
3–4 Tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch salt
3–4 graham cracker sheets, broken into small pieces
2 bananas, diced, divided
Instructions
In a blender or with a hand blender, puree the cottage cheese, maple syrup, salt, and one banana until smooth.
Fold in the graham cracker pieces and the second diced banana.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and seal tightly.
Freeze for 2–4 hours, until firm.
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes if needed. Scoop and enjoy!
